Trump Signs Hong Kong Bill, Attacks Biden on China

President Donald Trump on Tuesday signed legislation that slaps sanctions on Chinese officials who undermine Hong Kong’s autonomy, and an executive order that ends preferential treatment to the Chinese special autonomous region.
