US, Russia Agree to Keep Talking as Buildup Along Ukraine Continues

U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken met with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov in Geneva amid high tensions over Russian troops and equipment massed along Ukraine’s borders.
